Solent Sports was founded to provide Recreational sports that are accessible to everyone regardless of age, fitness or ability to tackle social isolation and improve mental and physical health.
With an ethos that sports should be enjoyable, welcoming and social has helped Solent Sports grow from just a small kickabout in Hamble near Southampton to one of the biggest Recreational football providers in Southern England.

Recreational football is a regular kickabout with an emphasis on having a social enjoyable game.
Solent Sports FC is the club that has grown out of the Recreational game.
We have Charity, League and Friendly teams all representing Solent Sports FC.
The Foundation is everything else we do which makes us different from other clubs.
Its a celebration of all the positive things Solent Sports does in the community from organizing trips to supporting girls football.

We pledge to support Andy’s Man Clubs and aim to help open a AMC in each location we have a football hub. This gives all men a space they can go and talk.
